At Bharat Bright Gems, we want you to be at peace with your purchase.

7-Day Easy Returns:
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original packaging with certificate and tags intact.

How to initiate:
WhatsApp us on +91 91644 82778 with your Order ID and reason + 2 photos.

Non-Returnable Items (for hygiene & spiritual reasons):

• Custom-made silver/gold rings as per your size
• Energized & Pran Pratishtha done malas and Rudraksha
• Used or worn crystal bracelets, necklaces
• Items without certificate, box, or damaged by user
• Sale items

Process:
Once approved, ship back via DTDC/Delhivery to our Cubbonpet address. Return courier to be paid by customer. After QC check (48 hours), refund will be initiated to original payment method within 3-5 business days. Wallet refund is instant.

Exchange: You can exchange for a different stone/bracelet of same or higher value by paying difference.

We rarely get returns because we consult before selling. If your gemologist recommended a wrong stone, we take full responsibility and exchange free.
